A few questions we get.
Quick answers to the things people ask before they book a call.
- QWhat if I just want a quote without doing a Discovery Sprint?We won't quote a build without a Discovery Sprint. It's how we make sure we're pricing the real thing instead of a guess. The $7,500 is fixed and applies as a credit toward the Pilot Sprint if we move forward.
- QPayment terms?NET 15 or NET 30. Half upfront on Sprints, half on delivery. Retainers billed monthly in advance.
- QIs the budget negotiable?The published prices are floors. If a sprint is genuinely scoped under the range, we'll say so. We don't price flex below the floor — it breaks the work quality and we'd resent it.
- QWhat about equity instead of cash?Rarely. Sometimes. We've done it when the founder is exceptional and the fit is obvious. Default is cash.
- QHourly consulting rate (for one-off advisory)?$90/hour, NET 15. Only available to existing clients or warm intros.
- QWhat about nonprofits?3% of every engagement is reserved for the client's community. For nonprofits we'll talk through what that looks like on the call.
